ELLA DANIELS  is a senior policy analyst specializing in U.S. elections, foreign assistance and appropriations. She regularly provides analytical support, research, and tracking of legislative developments for lobbyists and clients. She has experience analyzing and tracking all of the appropriations bills, including drafting weekly newsletters, providing live same-day coverage of hearings and markups, and summaries on provisions important to client objectives.

Ella regularly writes comprehensive memos on hearings and markups, and provides detailed analysis of election forecasts, results and procedures. She has helped craft client legislative and congressional engagement strategies, and supported lobbyists and clients during Hill and administration meetings and political events. Ella joined Tiber Creek Group in June 2022 after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Iowa.
