LIZZY DAWAHARE serves as a Senior Policy Analyst focusing on healthcare, education, and athletics policy. In the healthcare space, Lizzy monitors legislative and regulatory developments in real time, drafts comprehensive policy memos, covers congressional hearings and markups, tracks Rural Health Transformation Fund (RHTF) implementation, and authors Tiber Creek’s Weekly Healthcare Roundup, among other key responsibilities. Lizzy also supports Tiber Creek’s education portfolio and provides insight into athletics policy issues, particularly Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) and the evolving regulatory framework surrounding college sports.
Lizzy came to Tiber Creek Group in June of 2023, bringing a strong background in pharmaceuticals and broader health policy and prior experience leading a full-service legislative research shop. She graduated from George Washington University in 2019 with a B.A. in international relations and a concentration in security policy, specifically focusing on global health threats, nuclear and bioweapons, and public health infrastructure stability.
