On June 16, Senate Finance Committee (SFC) Ranking Member Ron Wyden (D-OR) and several other senators released a Request for Information (RFI) on proposed policies aimed at lowering prescription drug prices. The RFI follows a Dear Colleague letter on the same topic, released in February, and includes policies and questions in three “buckets”: lowering the prices charged by manufacturers, lowering the prices paid by patients, and supporting research and innovation.
