ROBERT HORN serves as a Research Assistant, supporting Corey Malmgren, John Michael Gonzalez, and John Twomey, as well as the Policy Analyst team covering healthcare, education, and labor issues. Prior to joining Tiber Creek Group, Robert completed internships with a consulting firm and a healthcare trade association, where he gained familiarity with key legislative and regulatory processes in the healthcare space. Robert graduated with a BA from American University in 2024 as a student in the three-year Politics, Policy, and Law Scholars Program, and earned his Master of Public Administration (MPA) from American University in 2025.
