NIKOLE BURROUGHS co-leads the appropriations practice at Tiber Creek Group. Nikole previously served as an advisor to former Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-VT). She has held senior roles at the Department of State and USAID coordinating with U.S. Senate and House appropriations and foreign affairs committees, and overseeing the budget, operations, and management of these global organizations. Nikole has successfully shepherded hundreds of billions of dollars through the appropriations process. Nikole has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Vermont in Business Administration, a Master’s Degree from the College of Europe in EU politics, and a Master’s Degree in International Politics from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. Nikole joined TCG in 2024.
