NEVILLE HYLLEGARD serves as a Research Assistant supporting Nikole Burroughs, Emily Kirlin, Matt Leffingwell, and Andrew McKechnie, as well as the Policy Analyst team covering Budget/ Appropriations and Foreign Assistance. Prior to joining Tiber Creek Group in July 2024, he completed internships with Representatives Brian Higgins (D-NY) and Jason Crow (D-CO). He also gained experience with an advocacy organization coordinating client events and Capitol Hill day management. Neville received his bachelor’s degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2019 and a master’s in international affairs in 2022 from American University.
