MARIA LOUGHLIN serves as Deputy Director of Operations for Tiber Creek Group, supporting the Director of Operations with human resources, recruitment and onboarding of new employees, supervision of the firm’s Policy Analysts and Research Assistants, monitoring workflow to ensure appropriate administrative support, management of client contracts, and coordinating company events. In addition, she is responsible for ensuring compliance for NYC & NYS lobbying agencies. Maria has been at the firm for over 14 years. She began her tenure as administrative support for Harold Ickes & Janice Enright of The Ickes & Enright Group, where she remains an integral team member.
