LINDSEY LEDWIN has worked for Senate Republican moderates Susan M. Collins (R- ME), Olympia Snowe (R-ME), and Bill Cohen (R-ME), and has close ties to Sen. Angus King (I-ME). Lindsey’s main practice at Tiber Creek Group focuses on cybersecurity issues, including data breach, ransomware, artificial intelligence, and federal privacy issues. Lindsey also specializes in other areas including state and local issues, disaster relief, healthcare, and infrastructure, and she has a proven track record of securing funding for clients on major projects.
Similarly, she has effectively guided clients through grant research and management work via the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and other opportunities. Over the years, Lindsey has secured multiple successes for a variety of TCG clients on major pieces of legislation such as the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act of 2022 (CIRCIA), COVID related funding, and the annual federal appropriations cycle.
