340B activity is picking up this summer. With the release of the SECURE 340B Act, the Patients for 340B discussion draft, and the SUSTAIN 340B Act earlier this summer, Congress now has several pieces of comprehensive 340B reform language to consider. And at the end of July, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) announced its revised 340B rebate model pilot program, which is slated to begin in 2027.
