On October 16, Senate Finance Committee (SFC) Democrats released an 81-page Request for Information on long-term care. The RFI is led by SFC Ranking Member Ron Wyden (D-OR) and 18 other Democratic Senators. The RFI covers considerations for a universal home care benefit, staffing and quality in nursing homes, private equity and corporate ownership, and workforce needs, among other topics. Comments are due December 18.
