ALEC ESCOBAR serves as a Research Associate focusing on issues related to agriculture, climate and environment, energy, and budget/appropriations. He assists the lobbying team by providing coverage of congressional hearings, monitoring legislation, and tracking regulatory activity. Alec authors two Weekly Roundups, climate & energy and budget & appropriations, detailing the latest news and policy updates every Monday, and manages the “Inflation Reduction Act Tracker.” Alec joined Tiber Creek Group in January 2022 after completing a series of research internships. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021.
